Sweet potato harvest 🍠 from my 15gal grow bag. Soil was slightly compacted so I’ll add in vermiculite for next year. I think I’ll do Murasaki again and also Okinawa purples too

I usually eat them simply baked or in a stew! 🤤

Fluffy soil so they have room to grow! But otherwise they are so easy. They love the heat but they’ll be dramatic and look wilted, just keep the soil moist during the growing season.

Sounds amazing, we have never grown them because one of us isnt a fan. You inspired me to change that this year. Any best practices for them?
