basically this would be a systematic way for nouns to get new founders and software (mostly) ideas instead of the random and often hit-or-miss props/ideas the dao has gotten to date no mandate bc we want to max out on collaboration, instead the magic comes from having many teams jam on nouns at a specific time of year
