I'm excited to share that the Musée Départemental Albert-Kahn is hosting the second edition of its "Mondes en Commun" photography festival from May 17 to September 7, 2025. This festival celebrates contemporary photography, featuring the works of ten international artists displayed throughout the museum's picturesque gardens. The theme, "visual inventory of the world," offers a modern reinterpretation of the museum's historic "Archives de la Planète," connecting past and present through diverse representations of reality. Visitors can also look forward to engaging events such as artist meet-and-greets, outdoor screenings, and thematic workshops. Notable dates include the festival's opening on May 17, coinciding with Nuit des Musées, a day dedicated to photographer editions on June 22, and a special screening with discussion on July 6. This festival is a must-visit for photography enthusiasts and those interested in cultural heritage.
