They seem to mess with the algo a bit week over week but definitely some priority for new users/users with a smaller following

Yeah it’s a little frustrating seeing a bunch of new and small people on top, but I’m happy to land in the $25 or $10 bucket too. Probably don’t have the activity to hit top 30 anyway in my case

This is like the exact opposite of Moxie season 1 😅. A majority of the accounts in the top 15 have under 500 followers. 

And if it's Farcasters goal to increase DAU setting up an algo that rewards new users is definitely attractive. But seems like it's just punitive damage for people who've been supporting the app
