Pretty stark contrast between the Ethereum and Solana communities when liquidity dries up. On Ethereum (mainly Base) I see builders continuing to build, launch, iterate, experiment. On Solana it's mostly just silence. I don't believe in chain tribalism but the vibes are definitely different.

Is that actually the case or are we just slammed with builders build on base casts vs things shipping minus all of the talk on Solana?

For example,Franklin templeton launched what appears to be a money market fund today on Solana. Most people seem to think Ethereum is the de facto institutional chain, haven’t seen anything like this on base
