Friday 01/10/2025 Reduced the working weights in the horizontal thrust. I changed the technique of the exercise, they told me how to do it more correctly, now I feel my back better. Before that, I worked with weights of 66/72 kg. Weight/approaches/reps β¦ Leg press 170x3x10 β β¦ Horizontal thrust 60x3x10 β β¦ Dumbbell bench press 30x3x8 β β¦ Dumbbell behind the head 25x3x10 β β¦ Set. Bicep lifts with reverse grip/bending with a barbell while sitting on a bench (forearms) 25x3x12/15 β β¦ Wiring for the rear delta 48x3x10 β β¦ Press 0x3x15 β
