Monday 13/01/2025 I switched to a new training program. I will practice according to the training program of Kirill Sarychev (world record holder in bench press) "the way to 100 kg in bench press." I think it's clear from the name that the program will focus on bench press exercises. The program lasts for 2 months. In the end, I have to shake 100 kg from my chest. I think my maximum weight is 90 kg right now, because I was doing 80 kg for 5 reps. Let's see what happens. Yesterday was the first day of training for this program. The weights were light, but the workout was very difficult due to the fact that I knocked down my sleep schedule and slept for only 3 hours. my weight is now 84 kg, at the time of my record bench press of 145 kg, my weight was 82 kg
