Thursday 01/04/2025 πͺ The first training session this year. The training session took place late in the evening, it was 400 km to the gym. I was returning home after the holiday. I've been eating non-stop for 3 days, and I feel like I've gained 2 kilograms. My sleep schedule and diet have gone haywire. It's time to turn on the beast mode and get back in line. Weight/reps/approaches β¦ Squats 80x3x6 β β¦ Horizontal thrust 60x3x12 β β¦ Dumbbell bench press 30x3x10 β β¦ Dumbbell behind the head 25x3x10 β β¦ Set. Bicep lifts with reverse grip/bending with a barbell while sitting on a bench (forearms) 20x3x12/20 β β¦ Wiring for the rear delta 42x3x12 β β¦ Press 0x3x15 β
