Thursday 01/04/2025 πŸ’ͺ The first training session this year. The training session took place late in the evening, it was 400 km to the gym. I was returning home after the holiday. I've been eating non-stop for 3 days, and I feel like I've gained 2 kilograms. My sleep schedule and diet have gone haywire. It's time to turn on the beast mode and get back in line.
