Friday 12/27/2024 πͺ I have almost completely recovered and my strength indicators have returned. Monday will be the last training session of the year. Weight/reps/approaches β¦ Squats 80x3x8 β β¦ Horizontal thrust 72x3x10 β β¦ Dumbbell bench press 30x3x8 6(2)/4(4)/6 β β¦ Dumbbell behind the head 25x3x10 β β¦ Set. Bicep lifts with reverse grip/bending with a barbell while sitting on a bench (forearms) 25x3x10/15 β β¦ Wiring for the rear delta 48x3x12 β β¦ Press 0x3x15 β
