Every week, I receive messages asking for money, sometimes for small amounts like $5. 

When I suggest that they take certain steps to potentially earn more money, they usually refuse.

Why? Is it more profitable to send mass messages? Do they not actually need the money that badly?

There are very heavy users who only ask for tips. I have even received that I don't have PB, when I see it in replies it bothers me, they are very tiring.
