One trek that I remember well and would repeat in a heartbeat was the ‘Route of the volcanoes’ 📍 La Palma, Canary Islands. It's very hard, it goes up to a high altitude and the distance is long, to get back you have to take a taxi. I remember being very thirsty, even though we were carrying a lot of water, the XXL size sandwich lasted minutes in my hands, but we always carry nuts, bananas and chocolate. But the pain in my feet at the end, that was torture! 😅 On the way, we passed by different volcanic craters of dark aspect, climbing them is hard because it's very earthy and slippery, the views are spectacular, the environment is beastly, changes a lot as you ascend. In the photo you can see the sea of clouds and the Teide peak on the horizon, the highest in Spain, which is also an active volcano. Although everything will have changed with the eruption of 2021, we must go again. I recommend all of you to visit the Canary Islands, each island is very different, they are all a natural paradise.

DEGEN: Now in Solana, it's becoming easier and easier to manage in different networks, although the bridge is still pending. Every step further away from being a meme and closer to being a coin. A few days ago, a friend of mine commented to me in the middle of Degen's rise, that if it overcame the resistance of 0.016 it could start a great climb. As we can see it did not overcome it, and now it seems that it is approaching a first support, we will see if it holds there.

Desconozco mucho de Venezuela y siempre pongoben duda todo lo que leo, pero la toma de posesión de Maduro, sin haber presentado las actas e incumpliendo la ley electoral me deja perplejo, que Supuestamente ganó el opositor por más de 4 millones votos, y aquí no pasa nada... ¿Qué le pasa al mundo? Con Maduro o sin él, ojalá a Venezuela y los venezolanos les vaya todo mejor, que mejore la situación económica como sea y la vida sea mejor. Ánimo Venezuela.
