Sometimes the week starts badly at work, and that's what happened to me last week. We updated the software on the main user session system and, without any sense, more than half of the terminals stopped working. There was nothing in the documentation or in the forums, nothing at all that explained what it could be. While some of us investigated, others dedicated ourselves to trying to get the terminals working. In the end, after trying everything, we found a solution by pure luck, but we had to go from station to station reconfiguring it completely, having to listen to the complaints of each user, with the pressure of the Director and with the stress of not being sure that it was a definitive solution. In the end everything passed, on Thursday they were all operational and peace returned. From that whole week, I have one memory, that of getting up nervous about what I was going to find and disconnecting for a few moments from everything when I saw the sunlight over the clouds at dawn on the way to work.
