I think one of my top hiring mistakes was not looking at onchain activity of potential employees. You can’t build for consumers you don’t understand. To create superior onchain products, you need to be using all kinds of onchain offerings.

exactly. there’s no real interest if the potential employee hasn’t dabbled around at least. Of course, everything can be taught, but nothing beats action.
