I’ve talked about this concept, very informally, but this latest article (that was making the rounds on NPR today) touches on one the many areas that are concerning for those that are seeking mental health help via LLMs. I have many friends and family who have identified using GPTs to help navigate mental health or relationship issues, to mostly positive results, but I do wonder (as a Clinician) what are some of the negative impacts that we might not be seeing… https://www.nature.com/articles/s41746-025-01512-6
