Something I recently realized I was doing without being aware of it:

Watching my phone or being on my computer while eating food when I’m alone

I don’t want to do this anymore

Preach. My partner brought this up to me a few weeks ago and I rebuffed that it was just something I did that was normal. 

Thinking on it further, I came to the realization that it wasn’t normal, but something I normalized.
