I love taking photos of cute signs. In Japanese the word pig is bura (boo-rah) so I think thatโs the play on words here. In American English, a โboo-booโ is an injury and youโd use it with small children: Did you fall and get a boo boo? Let me get you a bandage and kiss it and make it all better. โBoo!โ is also what a ghost says when itโs trying to scare you. Languages are weird.

Languages really are wild. I love how words can have such different meanings in different cultures.
