Update for channel mods

If you have moderation on, and you turned off the Recent feed, we now show you the Recent feed as a mod only feed, similar to unfiltered. This is in priority mode.

We renamed Unfiltered to All. 

Makes it easier to quickly scan for people you follow + power badge and then all casts as a mod.

late to the game but only started experimenting with moderation now and this is super useful.

one small question (not sure if raised before): is there a reason content posted by a moderator is not automatically added to the main feed? this requires the mod to like its own posts if not using a moderator bot.

Simplicity for the protocol. All casts in a main feed need to be liked by the moderator.
