1. Arbitrum (ARB) 
2. Optimism (OP) 
3. Core (CORE) 
4. zksync (ZK) 
5. binance smartchain (BSC) and etc. 

And when for BASE? I asking.

why not $coin?
I'm not sure that base need their own token.

Governance token is an identity of the network even L1 has it.

And L2 should have identity token (governance token)
