Yesterday I've read: "When your mind is telling you that you're done, that you're exhausted, that you cannot possibly go any further, you're only actually 40% done." And it actually makes a lot of sense. This morning I had a 10x400 in Zone5 and at the 4th or 5th rep my mind was telling me to stop there. Same happened last week with the 10x600. if you are brave enough to focus on doing 2 more, you find yourself at 70% and then you start to think: "ok, just 3 more and we are good". 10x400 @ 3:35/km (rec 1' static) πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Goggins is 100% correct on this one. 40% is about right. After completing eight 100 milers, it rings true.
