I literally jumped and my heart rate went /higher at the sight of my neighbours chihuahua getting out of the elevator… My brain processed her dog in the same way it would process I giant rat. Take that as you will 👀…

Chihuahuas are giant rats. I see no problem here... 😅 I always call them "cane topo" (trad: rat dog). the smaller they are, the noisier. I always dream of a normal sized dog giving them a lesson when they bark to them constantly.
