I want to go for a run so bad!! But my kid who just started in day care keeps infecting me 🤧😂 non stop colds since February … wtf!! 😅🥹

just go out and run. running helps curing and preventing common colds. I fight this way the whole winter...

perfect. Zone2 running is crucial. don't go faster or it can worsen your cold since your body will consume more energies (needed by the immune system).  while in Zone2 you'll have the perfect combination of increased temperature (to kill the viruses) and high SpO2 to help your lymphocytes
