As some of you guys know, this is my very first shot of being a founder. I am slowly transitioning out of my creative career to build a start-up to make self-care more fun and rewarding.

Prepare to work 24h. Even when resting your mind will always be busy thinking about it. Don’t settle. Talk to customers.

Also be the first customer of your product. Use it. Find friction points. Use it again. Until you want to buy something like that.

This is very real! For 16 months I’ve been obsessed with creating solutions for the problem I identified, and everything around me gives me more and more food for thought. 

Learning to get out of my head and talk to people to validate my ideas - and talking to customers has been helping a ton!
