How many km do you run in your running shoes before replacing them? I read somewhere its good to change after 2k km. Is this a good measure?

2000 is too much. I change them at ~800 km. brands usually suggest every 650/700 km

I thought so, yes. Especially if you run on asphalt it makes sense to change early. The knees will thank me for it.
