D-28 I ran my second lsd. It was a little less difficult and better than the first. The next lsd is scheduled for 40 km

Very good distance / pace. Do you also do a 40 in preparation for a marathon? I’ve only seen max 36 long runs

Yes I usually do a 40km lsd 2~3 weeks before a marathon.
