to become a parent is a decision to take on the heroic task of becoming your best self. not in a yoga-self-care-meditation-journaling type of way but in a you-face-your-self sort of way. 

kids and marriage are a forcing function to face your truths. and in choosing to do it right, reaching a deep sense of fulfillment unlike anything else. 

ofc only in hindsight, so more of a reflection than a guide. pre-dad seneca would have been like “ok, yolo”.

Especially at our time, when every kid says " i'm child free, hate kids, never  would be a mother, im non bi lesbian blah blah blah" your opinion is really matters, thanks.
