I still dont understand why there has been no initiative to bring content creators through an incentive program. I understand you wanna get the product right first, but there would be value in sourcing a certain category of content creator, with aligned incentive with the blockchain space for ex., pay them  to actively develop their audience on Farcaster and see how that plays out in terms of UA and stickyness.

You often say Farcaster lacks interesting content, this would be one way to start adressing it.

Joke aside (or is it?), the incentive is money. You'd have to pay them at first. If good content is the blood of the network and what will drive more organic adoption, you need some way to kickstart it. The challenge is to make it sustainable, because you can't keep paying them forever, so you need to transition them into more organic reward system, like $degen, $moxie or others community driven initiatives. That's where the selection of the content creator is crucial, because they have to have aligned values with the space, and somehow believe in the potential of a decentralized social.

As for up & coming content creators, I have no idea tbh. But that's another problem. You could start with already established ones.

I would revert the question: What does PMF looks like for Farcaster? PMF needs to be helped as well, it doesn't come out of nowhere, and for a social platform, the "content" can be considered as part of the product given how essential it is to the success of said product. So if you're conditioning one to the other, I think you're making a mistake.

again, that would be up to the growth team to define these metrics.
On top of my head, you'd pay the content creators.
How much? You need to source data about how much much money they're doing on other platforms and find the price point you believe would be a strong enough incentive for them to come over. That would be  a case by case discussion depending on the creator and its audience.
How do you know it's working? You need to monitor your metrics. If said content creator is responsible for user acquisition, It's very likely these new users will somehow interact with this person content on Farcaster.

This is not a thing with a pre-product market fit startup.

Who do you pay? How much? How do you know it's working?

I'm asking these questions because I think it's easy to say do these things but when you actually think about the implementation it's not obvious.
