I’ve worked at a crypto recruitment company for 2 months now. The main thing I’m learning is that it’s reeeeallly hard for people with no web3 experience to get in right now. If you’re hiring, are you open to web2 peeps? How would they stand out beyond the obvious (being involved in communities etc)?

My experience is that the bigger the web3 company, the more they recruit into web2 spaces. They become more & more corporate and similar to web2 companies, so I guess it makes sense for them. Sad for Web3 enthusiasts who thought they had an edge though XD
