It’s perfect weather for me. I was thinking about Web3 career recently and realized that it’s almost same with Web2. Referencing someone is okay but hiring someone who is not fit for your business requirements, only because of your investors or advisors told that, it’s not okay. all we need more fair and meritocratic world. DO NOT HIRE SOMEONE BECAUSE HE/SHE IS YOUR FRIEND’S FRIEND. HIRE SOMEONE BECAUSE OF SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES.
