Don’t use the term “normie” when describing a non-crypto-native audience if you’re aiming for mass adoption.

It’s a diminutive and critical term. It’s harder to empathize with a group that you “other”.

It has political connotations, which should be avoided in product development.

Just don’t.

I feel that “normie” just generally describes those of us who have no background in tech whatsoever (whether by education or by trade)

Some folks have told me I’m not actually a normie anymore 😂

You can call yourself whatever you like, and I suspect there is a word that describes you better than “normie”.

In general, a statement of what you are rather than aren’t feels more empowering to me
