We NEED BETTER sleep hygiene! This is something I’m struggling with for some time now. A stable schedule of sleep will help us in many ways: more energy, BETTER mental health, decreased blood sugar and many more. But bad habits due to parenting, bull markets, gaming, mobile phone addiction - are impacting our sleep immensely.
