Does anyone have suggestions for a plugin/api that can easily collect userfeedback and is easy to implement? Something like a chat widget or should i just link a google form?

completely subjective opinion:

using Google Forms or Typeform will yield more responses because the format is familiar, and thus approachable. 

custom solutions have to limit themselves to no more than three prompts to see significant response rates because no one wants to take a mystery survey.
