What I usually see, Too early: money on marketing, hiring roles that can be outsourced like HR, spending money on travel for team off sites. Too late: finance related for scale (cash management, accounting, taxes). Legal related things thinking that they can simply fix it later.

Too early: also people trying to get trademarks and patents before PMF. Massive cash drain and distraction, speak with an IP lawyer as it has a lot to do with when you first use something and being able to prove it. It’s also different between countries.
