Challenges for us are many. One top of mind is the expansion of use cases. We are building a flexible and configurable platform for all kinds of community management. That's a big product design challenge sticking to that while enabling very specific community use cases.

We recently launched Credentials, powered by @ceramic and EAS (Ethereum Attestation Services) which allow communities to issue credentials for members applying for proposal/grant application and winning grant application. That's our first contribution to the social graphs. More to come.

Funny thing is, if you observe web2, Microsoft built the largest productivity suite and then bought the largest professional network, LinkedIn. The 2 companies started in completely different places and ended up becoming one.. For CharmVerse, community management platform and social graphs are highly related.
