RULE CHANGE: As we get ready for next week's Scout Game, we are making some changes to the rules: 1) The 100 GEMs reward for having a merged pull request in a new repo will only be available once per week. 2) The 100 GEMs reward for having a merged pull request in a new repo WILL NOT apply if the builder is the owner of the repo.
