if you want to work with them you need to pitch your project like a trade, not business partnership

or not work with them at all

in crypto all vcs with good returns are discounting equity to 0 and only invest in tokens

and then they only optimize for tge and exiting the company, rather than participating in a long term success

regular vcs don't have such an option
