i personally know 100+ people who were from rural Pakistan but ended up in the best schools and were able to pull their families out of poverty. some now work at world bank, asian development bank, goldman special service group etc. all thanks to USAID programs.

the problem wasn't the program or its cost b/c it was insignificant and gave you american loyalists. the problem was the administrations that misrouted funds for agenda gains. few

i think we will come away at the end of this with assurances to pierce veils on things i didn't even realize were happening-- and programs will have a lot more funds when we do
