re, allowance lending, I figure there are two directions to go: manual or automatic. for manual, I choose the tipping delegates and we grow The Society of Wise Tippers slowly, one by one. Else, automatic and delegates opt-in via some front end. There should be terms, too. Tippers should agree to donate some percentage to me, for taking the risk, and to Degenpad to reliably fund new projects.

Curious if youโ€™re referring to that concept of a parallel vesting program here (ie. any user being able to delegate degen to others for a โ€œtaxโ€) or rather the overarching new approach to allocation? If the former I definitely would go manual

That's just a lot of work for me, but agree. I'd like both; auto on ramp, with less favorable terms and my chosen few tippers, with great terms (or no tax at all).

Ohhh so youโ€™re talking like - wake is the manual decidooor of all tipping allocation? Well yeah thatโ€™s a ton of work ๐Ÿ˜‚ I thought you were suggesting an opportunity where those in the community could delegate some of their own staked allocation to others, which is also a fascinating concept but I suppose easily taken advantage of as well

Not quite. This is me bankrolling thousands of potential tippers who otherwise might not be able to participate once staking goes live (because they can't afford to). They use my money to get an allowance, and I would get a fee and require them to share a portion with whoever we decide. ie, 1% of allowance to me and 5% to Degenpad, etc.
