I've tried to get into obsidian a few times but never got past the friction of picking a system and getting set up. markdown is probably the better option long term, if this works for me I might try to migrate later

this is cool - i forgot that apple notes has some form of backlinks now

i've stuck with obsidian bc all notes are in markdown format
