Nouns

The /nouns channel is now being automatically moderated by @airstack. Thank you to @noun40 and @alexcomeau for help to get this all set up. Using the default allowlist for now: anyone with a Power Badge or an @openrank in the top 10000 can post freely in the channel, plus any individual casts will show if liked by me, @noun40, @seneca, @ccarella.eth, @nounishprof, @jessepollak, @noun70 or @4156 (a cross-section of active long-time nouns community mmbers who are v active on farc.) 

Any feedback, please let me know. Hopefully this helps to mitigate the bot posting and keep the feed pretty clean, while also providing ample opportunity for new folks to participate.
