Is there a generative AI art tool (or technique) that makes it easy to create consistent characters from scene to scene?

e.g. if you wanted to make a comic book

Pretty easy to setup, lots of resources for how to, just need decent compute. Likely some plug-n-play cloud based solutions as well (midjourney, huggingface, etc).
