I don’t understand something. When we hold a fan token we get x% of 20% of the Moxie that person earns. 

But when and where do we get this? Or is it automatically added to the daily earnings? @betashop.eth

It is correct.

Fan Token holders participate in rewards 

the way the participation is enacted is by buying and burning that amount of Fan Tokens, increasing the price without diluting the ownership

It's a realized benefit not a dividend
