I think reverse engineering your sales flow from an existing or targeted ICP is the best starting point. I think the highest success rate happens when product, growth, and sales all work in harmony to; ensure pmf, create a compelling narrative and awareness, identify and sell.

I also think going b2b with a technical product or selling to infra like you mentioned, the flow becomes less 'sales' and more of a tech-therapy session. A two way conversation on interesting topics, pain points, and alignments across solutions 😀
