I'm starting a free trial of Apple Music to test out their lossless audio streaming, and to start making real effort to move away from Spotify and its treatment of artists. I'm eager to get my personal library of music imported into it.

Anyone have any tips on using Apple Music for music discovery and playlisting for social sharing?

Discovery definitely doesn’t feel as organic like Spotify (IIRC; it’s been a minute)

I find myself constantly looking for a “similar artists” section on artist pages, and unfortunately there isn’t one. Using Shazam a lot more now haha

But I do appreciate the audio quality and that they pay musicians a better rate.

SongShift was useful for transferring playlists from Spotify to Apple. It worked for ~90% of songs.
