Seriously considering leaving New York (and the U.S as a whole) due to gov. sentiment around Crypto. London vs Dubai vs Singapore/ Hong Kong , any advice?

Of those I could only in good conscience support Singapore, unless you intend to materially aid in the overthrow of the illegitimate regimes of the other places.
