curious what everyone's stance is on morning vs evening workouts morning feels ideal because it makes the day feel longer/more free time but waking up becomes 100x less enjoyable

I used to do mornings then I realized I much prefer afternoons (in UTC): I do a little work, go work out, do focused work then meetings in the evening. When in eastern time, I like late evening workouts: can take my time, listen to a podcast and get a good night sleep.
