Hey sorry about the confusion here btw. The UI prompts you at sign up to ask, there is a setting in app for you to turn it off, and I personally DMed you to inform you. You can turn it off in  your app or the team can turn it off for you

I signed up for this app 17 days ago. I uninstalled it 15 days ago. You DM’d me about the feature 10 days ago. I didn’t see it or acknowledge it . The tipping started 9 days ago.

A client shouldn’t be tipping on a user’s behalf without a very clear opt-in, and definitely not if they uninstalled the app.
