This was apparently communicated in the app but definitely not clearly enough. And it should def not be opt-out but opt-in. It also should not keep going if I don’t use the app and uninstalled it. Would recommend client builders err on the side of caution and over communication

this is highly questionable but points to an issue that will only extend as the platform grows. Blindly granting permissions (because you are forced to by the apps) is getting people ripped left and right. Need more elegant ways to solve this.
