Upcoming channel changes

We're *previewing* some upcoming changes so people 1) can understand and 2) provide feedback.

These changes are not launching yet. It will be a couple weeks. There will also be a bunch of communication to channel owners.

Don't you think that small channels will dramatically reduce the amount of content?

It's my fear, but we definitely have to see the model works
