My first $DEGEN bag (220k) ends the lock period on March 9, and I'm not entirely convinced of what I should do. •What is the vault attraction for you? •What would you improve? •Is it worth having that big funds (for me) locked to have the small allowance — after being cut by 5? I won't sell a f*cking hat at these prices, but I don't know if it's worth locking them again without knowing if rules will unilaterally change again in the future.

I believe @deployer is working with $degen team and expect a direct to your wallet tip system soon no claims. Not sure how that will affect the allo but not having the bulk locked would give flexibility? Just thinking out loud.

The locking system is no longer worth it and will soon be quietly abolished! Better ideas need to be implemented, which will never happen!

I don't think locking into the vault makes sense right now, as well as selling. Most of mine are deposited into Morpho on Superform, the APR is quite small but at least I get some points from Superform 👌

You can call me a farmer, but yeah I'm also withdrawing my $degen when it is unlocked. Considering power badge holders received an allowance of up to 17000, there is just no benefit of locking. Btw, I'm not selling till we hit 0.020 or higher (NFA).

Hey @alemac thanks for your clarity My thought : The important thing we need to for degen community is to get new users. You know, at 2024 Feb i easily invited many friends, family & they loved degen. but now[ its sad to say] its true : no one enjoy it like past( talk about new users) ⬇️

I’d love some teensy emissions tbh I’ve about a million degen sitting unlocked ready to unstake - I don’t tip much so it’s basically like a form of burn I guess? I guess it’s a “social” form of emission though tbh, with a lot of tips being tit-for-tat. I’m just not rly wild on that game tbh.

yea I think a lot have the same dilemma. I may take a portion out but keep some locked and stay using microsub to automate tips so I dont have to worry about it

One thing that could be bad for looking in vault is if somehow a new airdrop comes and says i wanna airdrop to degen community then may be not able to get it and that happened before
