@neynar’s webhooks are firing sporadically, and it’s blocking our hackathon project @archbot. (cc @lane)

We’ve tried using multiple accounts, configuring the webhook in all possible ways, and talked to Merkle engineers to rule out an issue on @warpcast’s side.
